Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Always. Every order is packaged in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of what’s inside — so it arrives privately, just for you.
To keep your experience discreet, we don’t include marketing materials in your order. For special offers and updates, you’re always welcome to join our mailing list.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
What will appear on the package label?
Just the essentials. Your shipping label includes your name, address, and a neutral sender name — with nothing that reveals what’s inside.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened products. If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, please reach out within 14 days and we’ll guide you through the process.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
That’s not the experience we want for you. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right — quickly and without hassle.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it for you. Once it’s been shipped, we’re unable to make changes — so reach out as soon as possible.
